Issue Summary

• Changing owner of Portfolio/Program/Team Objective using New OKR experience does not save the changes but a green banner appears that the objective is updated successfully.
• This is reproducible on Jira Align 10.130.3

Steps to Reproduce

• Create three objectives of the type Portfolio, Program and Team using new OKR Experience
• Open Portfolio/Program/Team Objective using the new OKR Experience and update the owner from Owner-A to Owner-B
• Either click on "Save" or "Save and Close"
• Notice a green banner as "Updated Successfully"
• Reopen the modified Objective and notice that the owner info is not updated
• The Audit log does not have any entry on the update of the owner
• This issue does not occur when any other field of the objective is changed along with the update of the owner.
• This issue does not occur when using Legacy OKR view on the Objective
• While saving with the update owner info, observe the network trace - PUT API call on the PrivateAPI/Objectives/<id> does not have the updated owner info on the request body

Expected Results

• The updated owner on the Obejctive with the New OKR experience should save successfully

Actual Results

• The updated owner on the Obejctive with the New OKR experience should save successfully

Workaround

• use Legacy OKR experience
• update any other field along with the updated owner and save

An additional workaround is:

• After selecting the new Owner, click on an area outside the field before clicking Save.
