Feature (or Capability) field updates are not saving for the Risk work item

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

After the risk is created, when trying to change the feature associated to another feature and then clicking save, it doesn't save the new feature but reverts to the old feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Risk grid and create a Risk with all the required fields
2. Note, the Feature field is also a required field so it is already set in the above step
3. Once the Risk is created, open the Risk slide-out panel (if not already open)
4. In the Risk slide-out panel, attempt to change the Feature. In the Find Feature field, search for a different feature and select the different feature
5. Once the new feature is selected, the new feature is displayed in the Feature field
6. Click Save (same behavior with Save & Close)
7. Notice the Feature field reverts back to the original feature
8. There is no way to update to a different Feature in the Feature field in the Risk. In the Feature field, even if user tries to remove the original feature by clicking on the close 'x' icon , then Save, then try to update the Feature field to a different feature, then Save. It still shows the original feature.

Expected Results

The user is able to update the associated Feature in the Risk slide-out panel

Actual Results

The Feature field in the Risk slide-out panel sticks to the original Feature and cannot be changed.

Workaround

• Risk A linked to Feature A
• Change the Relationship from Feature to (for example) Program Increment
• Set the new Program increment association
• Save change
• Change the Relationship back to Feature
• Select the new feature
• Save change

The new feature in this way should be able to be saved within the risk
