      Issue Summary

      This concern refers, explicitly, to the 'Type' field missing the "Not Equal" operator in the "Apply Filters" button for Objectives, Dependency, and Specification work items grid

      Specification 'Type field' miss the "Not Equal" option

      The difference found is connected with the tier selected or not.

      • With the tier selected the 'Type' field has the "Not Equal" operator for the Objectives, Dependency, and Specification work items grid
      • With the tier NOT selected the  'Type' field does NOT have the "Not Equal" operator for the +Objectives, Dependency, and Specification work items grid

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the work items (Objective, Dependency, and Specification)
      2. Click on the "Apply Filters" button
      3. Check all the 'Type' field and operators

      Expected Results

      The 'Type' field should have the "Not Equal" operator in the "Apply Filters" button for Objective, Dependency and Specification work items grid

      Actual Results

      the 'Type' field missing the "Not Equal" operator in the "Apply Filters" button for the Objectives, Dependency, and Specification work items grid

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
