Issue Summary
When Jira statuses are mapped to process steps for a process flow no records are populated in the [Jira State Process Step Mapping] view in Enterprise Insights.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites: Process step is set up for a work item (i.e. feature or story) that syncs with Jira
- Log into Jira Align
- Select administration (gear icon)
- Navigate to Jira Settings
- Select Manage Custom Field button
- Under Sync Process Steps with Jira States, select the work item level in the Level dropdown
- Select the a Process Flow in the Process Flow dropdown
- Map Jira statuses to Process Steps
- Click Update
- Wait for EI to sync with JA database
- Run query SELECT * FROM [current_dw].[Jira State Process Step Mapping]
Expected Results
Records with data matching Jira status to process step mapping updated in Managed Custom Fields is present in the [Jira State Process Step Mapping] view.
Actual Results
No records are present in the [Jira State Process Step Mapping] view.
