      Issue Summary

Dates are displayed in US format when browser is set to English (New Zealand) language - should be the same as Australia.

This affects almost all pages with dates in the JA UI.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to browser settings → Languages
      2. Set `English (New Zealand)` language as the top option so it used for display purposes
      3. Observe dates in JA on pages like sprint grid, they are showing US date format
        • Refresh the page after browser settings change

      Expected Results

The default format should be dd/mm/yyyy in general when browser is not set to US locale and the locale is not recognized. New Zealand uses dd/mm/yyyy format: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country

      Actual Results

Dates are shown in mm/dd/yyyy format for NZ locale.

      Workaround

Select `English (Australia)` language as the top option in the browser settings.
