Getting Error "There are no records that meet the selected criteria." when viewing Logs, with Browser Language set to German

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA.
2. Go to Settings -> Connectors -> Jira Settings -> View Logs
3. We get "There are no records that meet the selected criteria."

Expected Results

We should be able to see the logs

Actual Results

We get the error "There are no records that meet the selected criteria."

Workaround

Change the Browser language to English from German.
