The user should at least be prompted that there are work items associated with the team that need to be dealt with prior to removing the team.

Description
STR:
1) Locate a team that has Sprints assigned to it. Make note of a couple of the sprints.
2) Delete the team.
ER:
The user should be prompted that there are work items associated with the team that needs to be dealt with prior to removing the team. The prompt should read "There are currently sprints assigned to this team. Please remove the sprints before deleting the team, or move the team to an "inactive" state."
AR:
No warning prompt. The team is deleted and we are left with lingering sprints.
