Issue Summary

A Jira Align story, when synched with Jira, will display incorrect color coding and will not reflect the global color settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create story and sync them with Jira
2. Set the state as 5-Accepted in Jira Align
3. Let the stories synch fully, and verify that both stories are indicated as "5-Accepted" In their respective detail panel in Jira Align
4. Change the status of the story to Not Started
5. The color dot and tooltip will show as "Accepted" in the Feature Backlog.

Expected Results

The color code should honour what is set in Administration>Platform Settings>General

Actual Results

The color dot and tooltip will show as "Accepted" in the Feature Backlog.
