> Features have process steps with exit criteria defined for each process step
> Epics have process steps with exit criteria defined for each process step
> Process steps are mapped to the state of Feature and Epic

Scenario

> Users make sure that the exit criteria is met for a Feature's process step and change the process step
> Changing process step on Feature updates the state of the Feature from "Not Started" to "In Progress"
> This automatically changed the parent EPIC state to change from "Not Started" to "In Progress" without meeting the exit criteria of the process step which is mapped to "In Progress"

Requirement

> Since the EPIC state automatically changes when one of the feature state changes from "not started" to "in progress", the exit criteria is not met for the EPIC to go to "in progress" due to which many tasks required on the EPIC are not being taken care
> So, it would be good to have a toggle to NOT automatically update EPIC state when Feature state is updated
