Issue Summary

Anchor names get removed from Program Board item History when PI Anchors get deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have some PI with sprint anchors and some Features in the same Program
2. Go to Program Board
3. Assign some features to the sprints/anchors
4. Click on that feature, click Details in the slideout, and observe the History shows anchor names
5. Delete the related anchors from the PI details panel → Sync Sprints tab  
6. Go back to Program Board, feature is now in Unassigned column - this is intended behaviour
7. Click on that feature and click Details in the slideout, History entry remains but doesn't have a name anymore - I think this may be a bug

Expected Results

History should behave similar to Audit log and retain the anchor names.

Actual Results

History entry shows blank names for the change.

 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

If possible, we advise preferring to change the names and dates on the existing PI anchors instead of deleting them.
