Current Behavior

Currently, it's possible to delete PI Sprint Anchors easily even for active PIs after a single confirmation popup. This can affect a number of reports and items that users may not be expecting, and it's irreversible. Some of the problems that can arise as a result:

• Features' Team Target Completion Sprint values are cleared on Program Board
  • Results in Program Board Features either disappearing or returning to Unassigned Column. Assignments must be manually re-added. If the Feature has completely disappeared, it's PI assignment must be re-saved.
• Features' Target Start / Completion sprint assignments are cleared
  • Assignments must be manually re-added
• Team Sprints' Sync Date values are cleared / broken and must be manually reassigned
  • Results in Program Room Sprint progress column being cleared and errors on Roadmaps for any work that falls under the corresponding Sprints. Sync Date values must be manually re-added.

These can require a lot of manual work to fix... esp. when there are a large sets of affected work items.

Please add better guardrails for deleting PI Sprint Anchors, for example: locking down active PI anchors, only allowing site admin to do it, asking the user to first remove existing relationships, or making it reversible, (or all of the above).
