Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Roadmaps screen
2. Using tier 1 filter try to select multiple Portfolios
3. Jira Align will pop-up a Yellow toaster informing Roadmaps can only be filtered by a single Portfolio

Expected Results

Ability to select multiple Portfolios in Roadmap screen.

Actual Results

Jira Align only allows one Portfolio at a time to be viewed in the Roadmap screen.

Workaround

The workaround would be to see each Portfolio at a time.
