New nav: Backlog view more complex/effortful than old nav

      The previous navigation system had a backlog view that was more user-friendly and effortless for the end user compared to the new navigation system. This change has become problematic for customers who have a large number of items to work on

      Please find below the diff on both navigation steps:

      Old nav:

      1. Set the filter to an ART and the upcoming PI (usually 4-6 weeks out)
      2. Go to the Backlogs view and then Epic Backlog
      3. Set the ART Epic Backlog for that PI to match the global ranks. ARTs can then use this to pull rank on their Capabilities and Features.
      4. Now to go to the next ART by simply changing the program filter, and everything else remains the same, Epic Backlog and future PI, and repeat Step 3

      New nav: 

      1. Same as above
      2. Same as above
      3. Same as above
      4. Go to the next ART by selecting the new Program
      5. Reset the default PI from the current PI to the next PI
      6. Reset the view from the Program Room default, to the Backlogs
      7. Reset the Backlogs view from the Feature Backlog default to the Epic Backlogs
      8. Now set the ART Epic Backlog against the global
      9. To go to the next ART, repeat Steps 4-8

      Customers who have a significant number of programs are being directly affected by the additional steps and therefore, we'd like to suggest improving this process
