It is highly beneficial to associate an Feature to teams during pre-PI Planning and PI Planning, and during the normal execution of a PI. There are only 3 ways to perform this:

1. Add a Tag for the team in the Feature.
2. Create a dummy Story set to that team under the Feature.
3. Select the desired Teams in the Quick View of an Feature selected on the Program Board.

The third option is the most robust and least prone to error, but the field is accessible only from the Program Board in the Quick View. It should be available in the standard editing view for Features.
