Issue Summary

When Saving and closing a Theme, the columns from the theme grid disappear from the screens, and will only return after a page refresh:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Theme Grid
2. Open a Theme
3. Click on save/close

Expected Results

Columns would be kept as is.

Actual Results

Columns are removed after saving/closing

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
