Jira Connector: Release Vehicle Archive Status to sync to Jira

When changing the Status of a Release Vehicle to "Archive", this is not syncing between the systems.
If it is set on JA, it will not reflect on Jira and will be reverted back to "In Progress".
If it is set on Jira, it will not change on JA.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Release Vehicle and let it sync between systems
Update the Status to Archive in JA
Wait for it to sync and see how the status on JA reverts
Now change it to Archive on Jira
Wait and see how it don't change on JA

Additionally, Jira data synchronization Help Article states Archive is not possible in Jira Align, but it is actually possible, but it will no sync over to Jira. 

• The release vehicle state is set to Archived and health is set to Complete when a fix version is set to Archived. However, you cannot archive a release vehicle in Jira Align.

This help article need to be corrected as well.
