Jira Connector: Release Vehicle Archive Status is not syncing between Jira/JA

      Issue Summary

      When changing the Status of a Release Vehicle to "Archive", this is not syncing between the systems.
      If it is set on JA, it will not reflect on Jira and will be reverted back to "In Progress".
      If it is set on Jira, it will not change on JA.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Release Vehicle and let it sync between systems
      2. Update the Status to Archive in JA
      3. Wait for it to sync and see how the status on JA reverts
      4. Now change it to Archive on Jira
      5. Wait and see how it don't change on JA

      Expected Results

      TBD by Product Team.

      Actual Results

      When changed in JA/Jira, it would sync on the other system.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
