Issue Summary

When accessing the program board, with new UI enabled, the board is becoming unessarily wide, making the board extending out of the visible boundaries of the browser window

Old navigation is not affected by this behavior, and displays as expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. In old navigation, go to program board
2. Notice that the board is contained within the browser window
3. Switch to new navigation
4. Notice that you need to scroll left/right to display the same board.
   As a result, program board options icon are hidden, unless scrolling to the right

Expected Results

Display of program board should display as contained within the visible boundaries of the browser

Actual Results

Program board width is extending over the visible part of the window

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
