Issue Summary
When On-Prem users try to login JA or reset the password, they can see the message for Cloud terms and services
This may not be the most user-friendly experience. Could you please update the page to enhance the user experience?
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Results
Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service acceptance message is not shown on the On-Premise instance.
Actual Results
Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service acceptance message is shown on the On-Premise instance.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
