      Issue Summary

When updating the user Roles that were created by copying the Super Admin role, the Jira Align triggers an error on HTML with an incremental value.

This issue is happening on Jira Align On-Prem 10.120.2 and Jira Align On-Prem 10.120.3

Furthermore, the issue occur on the Cloud instance JA version 10.122.3.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Go to Administration -> Roles
      2) Select the roles described previously
      3) Update any toggle (optional)
      4) Click on save
      5) the error will be shown on the screen after saving it.

Ps.: The changing/update is recorded beside the error appearance.

      Expected Results

After updating/saving a Jira Align user Role, the pop-up of successful change would appear, and the /RoleSetUpNew page is reloaded.

      Actual Results

An error is printed on the screen with an incremental value.
Looking at the HAR file or the browser level, we can see the following:

      <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
      Error #2729

Besides the error, the changes were recorded when back to the page.

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
