Issue Summary

Connector fails to add Defect assignee to Team despite:
"Assign Jira users to Jira Align teams when associated with stories and defects" = Yes

Steps to Reproduce

With "Assign Jira users to Jira Align teams when associated with stories and defects" = Yes and "Defect issue type" mapped to Jira Bug

1. Create Jira Bug with sprint and user assignment and allow to sync to JA
   
2. JA Defect Audit Log shows user assigned
   
3. JA Defect details panel fails to display assigned user
   
4. User is not added to Team membership
   
5. User IS added to Sprint membership
   

Expected Results

Connector adds Defect assignee to Team

Actual Results

Connector fails to add Defect assignee to Team

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
