Issue Summary

Backlog export (.csv) does not export all of the columns available in Backlog, and is not up to parity with work item Grid export (.xls).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Feature Backlog
2. Select Tags in Columns Shown
3. Export the features from the Backlog view
4. Observe that Tags are not available

Expected Results

It would be great to be able to export ALL columns available in Backlog using the Backlog export, and ideally all relevant work item fields.

Actual Results

Currently, we don't support exporting of some of the fields and columns in the Backlog.

Workaround

Export the work items from the work item grid and use Excel to merge the required information.
