Issue Summary

Backlog Features : Tags and Labels are missing in the BacklogExport.csv export file

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Tier1 as required
2. Browse to the Backlog page
3. Select Features
4. Click Export to export work items

Expected Results

• Export file contains tags & labels
• PdM to confirm

Actual Results

• Export file does not contains tags nor labels

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
