Issue Summary

When a custom field is configured as required neither a red mark indicator nor a required to save pop up box show upon save in the OKR for new objective UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration -> Details Panels Settings.
2. Select a portfolio from the dropdown and select objective as the work item.
3. Click on Add Custom Field.
4. Fill the field type and field label.
5. Click on create. 
6. Navigate to objective grid and select an objective to open the slide-out panel. 
7. Observe the red mark indicator beside the custom field added in step 3 to 5.
8. Click on new objective OKR.

Expected Results

The custom field has a red mark indicator.

Actual Results

The custom fields neither has a red mark indicator nor a required to save pop up box show upon save.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
