Summary

Cannot change the Objective Tier in the "new experience" Objectives details panel in the new experience, but can in the classic.

How to Replicate

1. In Jira Align, go to the Objectives Tree or an Objectives Grid page.
2. Open an objective details panel, switch to the new experience
3. Observe it does not permit changing of the Objectives Tier
4. Check classic view, it lets us change the Tier field for the Objective

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to change the Objectives Tier in new experience, the same as in the classic view.

Actual Behavior

Cannot change the Objectives Tier in new experience

Workaround

Please use the classic view for this functionality while we work on feature parity.
