Summary

Cannot add new Features from the Objectives details panel in the new experience, but can in the classic.

How to Replicate

1. In Jira Align, go to the Objectives Tree or an Objectives Grid page.
2. Open an objective details panel, switch to the new experience
3. Observe it only lets us add existing child features to the objective
4. Check classic view, it lets us create completely new child features

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to add new child features to objectives in new experience, the same as in the classic view.

Actual Behavior

It's only possible to associate existing items.

Workaround

Please use the classic view for this functionality while we work on feature parity.
