Issue Summary

Story Point Progress by Team report issue if selected PI has sprints start/end dates in different years. (i.e start date 20/12/2022 end date 02/01/2023)


This is reproducible on JA Cloud: Yes

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a PI
2. Create sprints linked to PI
3. Select the anchor start/end dates for one or more sprints in different years. (i.e start date 20/12/2022 end date 02/01/2023)

4. Go to "Story Point Progress by Team"
5. Select T1 filter Portfolio/Program and PI
6. Verity the report is not reflecting correct planned vs accepted story points for linked teams
7. Verify there is an extra chart without team name shows incorrect story points


Expected Results
The "Story Point Progress by Team" report should show correct planned vs accepted story points for teams in the selected program increment (PI)


Actual Results

Planned vs accepted story points are incorrectly shown as bar in the "Story Point Progress by Team" report for filtered PI
Extra chart bar report is visible which reflects incorrect story points without team name label
