Issue Summary

In the "Story Point Progress by Team" report, some teams' "Planned Points" columns in the chart do not match the number displayed when you mouse over, in some cases (see attachments as an example).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Reports > "Story Point Progress by Team"
2. Select one Portfolio which contains several teams

Expected Results

All the points drawings must show the same values as the numbers displayed when the mouse is over.

Actual Results

The columns for "Points Planned" do in some cases not match with the number shown when mousing over the column (see attachments as an example).

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
