Features: The Status field in Details Panels Settings has no functionality

      Issue Summary

      The Status field inside of the Admin > Details Panels Settings configuration page seems to have no effect. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Admin > Details Panel Settings
      2. Select a portfolio
      3. Select Feature in the Work Item dropdown
      4. Switch on the Active and Required toggles for the Status field
      5. Navigate back to a feature's Details panel

      Expected Results

      Status field displays on the feature's Details panel and is required. 

      OR

      No Status field is available for configuration on the Details Panels Settings page.

      Actual Results

      No changes can be observed inside the Details panel of a feature. It seems this field is a ghost or was disconnected from the correctly named field, State.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.

            @Don: When I submitted a support ticket for this previously, I was told that the Status toggle for the Feature Details Panels Settings was linked to the display of the health “Status” field for Features on the Features Grid’s “Columns Shown” modal. This is the same health status that corresponds to the standalone features that are displayed on Status Reports.
