      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
We see unexpected results when using the "i" button next to each user's name in the Sprint member allocation panel. For future sprints, we will see the user allocation daily in the sprint. For completed sprints, we do not see any data returned.

When clicking on the Sprints --> Members --> "i"

      If the Sprint is Closed:

If the Sprint is Current or Future:

      Steps to Reproduce

      Case #1 (completed sprint)
      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go into a Sprint that is complete
      2. Select the Members tab
      3. Click on the "i" icon next to a user's name

Case #2 (future or planned sprint)
      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go into a Sprint that is in the future and not yet complete
      2. Select the Members tab
      3. Click on the "i" icon next to a user's name

      Expected Results

The behavior should be the same regardless of Sprint Status
Or the UI should inform the customer that this view is not possible for status A, B, C, etc.

      Actual Results

The "i" only show allocation for current/future sprints.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
