Issue Summary

When you navigate to the member's section and click the "i" it's not showing the correct data on the pop-up. It's completely blank when users click this view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to iteration view 
2. Step 2 - Click the member's tab
3. Step 3 - Click the "i" next to a users names

Expected Results

Seek PM Guidance on how this data should display allocation on this pop-up
