Internal Server Error - 500 message when opening the Team Retrospective page

Issue Summary

The customer is facing an issue in the retrospectives screen (Team->Transform->Retrospectives): StartGame2.asp. When they click on the link to launch an interactive team retrospective the result is a popup displaying a 500 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Team->Transform->Retrospectives
2. Click on the link to launch an interactive team retrospective

Expected Results

A frame should open, letting user to select PI and sprint.

Actual Results

The result is an Internal Server Error - 500 message when opening the Team Retrospective page.

Workaround

Currently, there are no known workarounds for this behavior. 

Per the Splunk error message we suspect there is a buffer issue on this page.
