Issue Summary

Program Team Roles that are toggled off in the

Email> Workflow Type> Program Dependency > Program Team

are still receiving emails from Epic Dependency modifications

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-conditions:

1. Configure Administration > Email > Workflow Type > Program Dependency > Program Team so that "Team of Team" is toggled ON, and Stakeholder is toggled OFF

2. Configure a Program Team with 2 users.
Configure 1 as "Team of Team"
Configure 1 as "Stakeholder"

3. Ensure the recipients have Change Tracking Emails toggled ON

Steps to Reproduce

4. Create an Epic Dependency in the same Program as the Program Team

5. Make changes in the Epic Dependency and check the EMail Log
Administration > Log > Email

Expected Results

Users in "Team of Team" Role are emailed
Users in "Stakeholder" Role are NOT emailed

Actual Results

Users in both Roles are emailed

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
