      Issue Summary

      Currently, we don't have clearly documented the search function available on the Program Room page, which confuses the customer when using it

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. log in to the JA instance 
      2. Select a program and a PI in T1
      3. Access the Program Room and scroll down to the Work Items session

      Expected Results

      Not clear only looking at the UI
