Program Room: Text search function is not filtering properly

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

On the Program Room page, in the Work items session when toggling to 'Feature (Jira Epic) by Epic', when using the search function, its behavior is not correct and/or clear

Steps to Reproduce

1. log in to JA instance 
2. Select a program and a PI in T1
3. Access the Program Room and scroll down to the Work Items session
4. Change the toggle from "Features" to "Feature (Jira Epic) by Epic"
   4.1 Search for a word that is present in a feature name
   4.2 Search for a word that is not present in a feature name

Expected Results

Only epics with features resulting from the search would be displayed in the epics list

Actual Results

While on this view, it displays ALL the epics, regardless if they have a Feature that matches the search

also:

When searching for a part of a term/word, no feature is displayed 

The search by ID is not working as well, as it behaves as the one with text

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
