Issue Summary
Customer wanted to limit email notifications to only password emails being sent, so they set Send only password emails to "Yes".
Unfortunately this blocked ALL email notifications with the Status = "error: 5"
In the backend Splunk log we could see that the "reason" was "Not a password email"
Steps to Reproduce
Pre-requisites
In Administration > Settings > Email Settings
Send only password emails is set to "Yes"
Expected Results
Password emails would be sent.
All other email notifications would not be sent.
Actual Results
Password emails are not being sent
All other email notifications are not being sent

Workaround
Set Send only password emails is set to "No"
This will mean that ALL email notifications are sent.
