Forecast Page is Not Loading

Issue Summary

When navigating to the Forecast page, at the Portfolio or Program level, the page doesn't render the full results and we are noticing the spinning circle identifying that the page isn't loading.

• This is a critical matter because there is no current workaround for the Forecast Admin.
• I have found a defect JIRAALIGN-936 from 2019 that relates to the issue customer is facing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the forecast page Portfolio or Program with a PI
2. View by Capabilities and view type Agile by ART/Delivery Group
3. Expand the PI

• Notice the spinning circle.

Expected Results

The page should load with Capabilities

Actual Results

Page doesn't load and the spinning circle keeps rolling
