Issue Summary

Tags text is not readable because of the light color.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try adding a number of tags for any work item until you get a light color.

Expected Results

Tag color should not be light but dark since the text font color is white.

Actual Results

Tag color is light while leaving the text unreadable.

Workaround

As a workaround delete the tag and add it again to get a dark random color.
