Enterprise Insights - EI - JSON / HTML is found in the Objective.[Objective Description]

      Behaviour:
      Finding JSON or HTML in EI means that for some reason there is JSON / HTML being stored in the source Jira Align database.
      For this specific use, Rich Text is enabled as it can be seen in the Description on a work item:

        

      Suggestion
      The customer is requesting that Enterprise Insights store description data in plain text for Objective.[Objective Description] whenever Rich Text is enabled for a work item's description.

            Hi everyone, 

             

            I apologize for the late notification. We released an enhancement in the Enterprise Insights release 10.125.0 to remove the HMTL tags from the [Objective Description]column values. Due to technical limitations we are unable to remove JSON tags from values in Enterprise Insights.
