Issue Summary

The 'Requested For Capability' filter applied to the dependencies grid does not return the list of the dependencies matching the search criteria.
Instead, all the dependencies disappear including the targeted dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Dependencies
2. Select Program/Solution + Program Increments from Configuration Menu
3. Press the 'Apply Filter' button
4. Select 'Requested For Capability'
5. Type part of the full name (or part of the words contained in the name) of the Capability
6. Press Apply.

Expected Results

A list of Dependencies where the connected Work Item is the Capability searched for.

Actual Results

None of the Dependencies are shown. The list is completely empty.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
