Issue Summary

If a Note is created for a Capability on the Status Report, it will not appear on the Roadmap, and the opposite is true as well, Notes created on Roadmap will not appear on Status Report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Roadmap
2. Select a Portfolio + PI with Capabilities
3. Click on the View Configuration > Custom Columns
4. Select Notes > save
5. Now Click on Add notes and enter something > save
6. Now Open the Capability > Click on Status Report
7. Notice how the Notes section is empty
8. You can enter something on the Notes section here and go back to Roadmap and see how the Notes are not updated.
