Forecast page View By Epic report generates an error

Issue Summary

When loading the Forecast page and selecting View By Epic, "an error occurs that reports An error occurred on the server while processing the URL."
This does not occur in other views.
Affected version 10.101.2.21225

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

When loading the Forecast page by any view, the report should load data for all involved Epics.

Actual Results

No data loads for any included Epics and instead the error displays.

The below exception is thrown in the TMOSplunkError.json file:

ForecastSortReleaseTable ReleaseID=75&ViewBy=1&ViewType=1|208|800a0e78|Operation_is_not_allowed_when_the_object_is_closed.
