The Help Center article 10X: Jira Align Self-Hosted Guide (and respective PDF) is missing a chapter for data refresh from customer's PROD to Dev/Test/UAT on-prem instances.

On-prem customers are going to want a step-by-step runbook for how to copy their production database down to their lower environments. The article in TAMBOOK is great for telling customers what they need to do after Atlassian Operations copies their prod database to a test instance. The customer is going to want to know how to get their prod database into their test instance. – rsparks@atlassian.com
