From her document, I've come up with these steps:

• Document the connectivity settings in the Manage Jira Connectors dialog prior to refreshing the JA Test instance.
• Deactivate the JA <> Jira Connector
• Refresh Jira Align Test environment
• Refresh Jira Test environment
• Update settings under the Manage Jira Connector dialog to ensure these are set to the Jira Test environment NOT the Jira Production environment.
• Autogenerate the API token for the Jira service account
• Check the Board IDs and Programs are aligned
• Activate the Jira Align <> Jira Connector

Though these should be checked with someone....!
