Program Board: Objective is Red when everything is fine

Issue Summary

Program Board:
Program and Team Objectives show Red, and show Planning Issue:
"One or more Stories associated to this Objective are planned for a Sprint that ends after the Feature (Jira Epic)'s Planned Completion Sprint."

Even though Stories and Features are either Accepted or due to be completed within the Sprint.

Issues:

1. Wording is incorrect as Stories are not associated to an Objective. Features are.
2. The Feature does not have a "Planned Completion Sprint" setting.
3. Displaying a planning issue is incorrect as there is no planning issue.
4. Objective colour is red indicating "Blocked", which is incorrect, as there is no blocker.

Steps to Reproduce

Conditions:

1 Release with 6 Sprints of "10 Week days" duration
Sprint 5 includes today's date.
1 Feature set to above Release
4 Stories belonging to above Feature
4 Teams

No dependencies

2 Objectives

Expected Results

Both Objectives are Blue
Both Objectives do not show Planning Issues.

Actual Results

Both Objectives are Red
Both Objectives show Planning Issue:
"One or more Stories associated to this Objective are planned for a Sprint that ends after the Feature (Jira Epic)'s Planned Completion Sprint."
