Issue Summary

There are objectives that are displayed red and indicate there are planning issues. When viewing the Quick View the planning issue states the following: One or more Stories associated to this Objective are planned for an Iteration that ends after the Feature's Planned Completion Iteration. Despite the fact that objectives are tied to the same feature which isn't showing a planning issue and there aren't any misalignments with iterations. It appears objectives are giving a false red indicator and have a false planning issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - This is a complex issue that is very hard to reproduce. Below is what support, dev, and TAMs have observed.
2. Step 2 - Navigate to the program board
3. Step 3 - Ensure you have a complete hierarchy (Objectives, Features, Stories, and Sprints all linked together
4. Step 4 - Once you have multiple data sets configured and linked and planned across the PI then observe the objective and the feature for planning issues

Expected Results

PM will define this expected behavior.

Actual Results

Seeing false planning issues and incorrect indicators on objectives at times via the program board.

We don't have a known workaround for this issue at this time.
