Program Increment: Jira Align Kicks Users Out When Clicking Save (Can't Add Programs, blocking new AgileTeams)

Issue Summary

Users are getting kicked out of the Jira Align UI when they click the save button on the active PI. This is blocking users from being able to add programs to this PI which in return is blocking teams from aligning work within the correct portfolio via the current PI.
Important Note: This is a duplication of the "JIRAALIGN-3223" bug ticket. It has been closed as 'Fixed' in v10.97 but looks like it continues in the v10.98.3.19

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

Users shouldn't be logged out upon clicking save on the PI slide out.

Actual Results

Users are clicked out of Jira Align when clicking save on the active PI.
Note: There are over a hundred Programs associated with this PI (Maybe, even more, support is working to identify the total)

Workaround

Optional Workaround:
As a workaround, we might have to advise your organization to create a backup PI to ensure the teams are no longer blocked.
