Program Increment: Jira Align Kicks Users Out When Clicking Save (Can't Add Programs, blocking new AgileTeams)

Issue Summary

Users are getting kicked out of the Jira Align UI when they click the save button on the active PI. This is blocking users from being able to add programs to this PI which in return is blocking teams from aligning work within the correct portfolio via the current PI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. No steps to reproduce at this time
2. We have error logs and HAR files associated to the GSAC ticket please review the linked support case.

Expected Results

Users shouldn't be logged out uppon clicking save on the PI slide out.

Actual Results

Users are clicked out of Jira Align when clicking save on the active PI.

Note: There is over a hundred Programs associated to this PI (Maybe, even more, support is working to identify the total)

Workaround

As a workaround, we might have to advise your organization to create a backup PI to ensure the teams are no longer blocked. If you need assistance with this please let me know, support can guide you through this process to ensure the data integritiy is secure.

Workaround steps:
Create Temporary Portfolio
Add the non-associated DGs to this new Portfolio
Create duplicate PI
Associate to a New Portfolio (Don't use the existing portfolio associated to 2021-Q2)
Create anchor dates
Confirm Jira Boards, Features, Stories are aligned properly.

Or

Send Jira Align a list of Programs that need to be added to the active PI and Jira Align will add them for you.
