Issue Summary

When exporting Features, Additional Programs names containing “&” (ampersand) character are displayed as "&" instead of "&".

Steps to Reproduce

• Assume Feature A has a primary program named "Program A"
• Assume Feature A has an additional program named "Program Terms & Conditions"

1. Browse to Features grid
2. Adjust config bar to display Feature A only
3. Export Feature A

Expected Results

• In resulting CSV export, the field Additional Programs should display:
  

  Program Terms & Conditions

Actual Results

• In resulting CSV export, the field Additional Programs displays:
  

  Program Terms & Conditions

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
