[JIRAALIGN-1423] Export: '&' in Assigned teams field is populated as HTML code

Issue Summary

Export: '&' in Assigned teams field is populated as HTML code

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Rename any team to something with '&' in the title.
3. Assign any User to this Team.
4. Go to Users grid.
5. Find the User you have just assigned to Team.
6. Export Users.
7. Open the file.

Expected Results

'&' sign is displayed properly.

Actual Results

'&' sign is displayed as HTML Code

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
